The Millin Charity is looking for a female Sewing Tutor to design and run sessions that will develop the sewing skills of members of our Women’s Trading Collective.

The project

The Women’s Trading Collective is an innovative, 3 year project set up for unemployed women who have an interest in enterprise and self-employment, and is funded through Big Lottery Reaching Communities and Newcastle Fund.

Vacancy details

Applicants will need to have proven ability in sewing, and have experience of teaching in either this or a related field.

Sessions:          1 x 2.5 hour session per week starting mid-September 2017

Pay:                 £20.00 per hour

Hours:             2.5 hours per week for 14 weeks

Location:         The Millin Charity at The Beacon, Westgate Rd, Newcastle NE4 9PQ
