Routes to Recovery – Free Course for Women in Newcastle

Course Details:
Routes to Recovery is a course designed to help women strengthen their self-confidence, enhance emotional wellbeing, and build resilience. It offers support, encouragement, and practical coping skills to empower women to take on new challenges and explore their future progression.
Participants will also have access to one-to-one coaching.
This course is part of The Millin Charity & Tyneside Women’s Health ‘Choosing Futures’ Programme. We will also be running the Level 1 Accredited Choose Your Future: Employment Course within this programme. Find out more here.

Course Start Date: Tuesday 13th January 2026 2025 1.00-3.00pm
Course End Date: Tuesday 3rd February 2026 1.00-3.00pm
Duration: 4 x 2 hour sessions

Eligibility Criteria
- Participants cannot be in employment or receiving job search support from the job centre
- Participants must live in Benwell, Elswick, Walker or Heaton South.
- This course is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
- Please make sure you book your place in advance so that we are aware of how many people will be attending.
