DESCRIPTION:Course Details:\nAre you in the process of setting up a business providing a specialist service? This might include hairdressing\, health & beauty\, tailoring\, catering\, cleaning business\, tutoring & education\, etc. This course supports women who are at the early stages of setting up their own business to go through the key steps to help them to achieve their goals. \nThis 8 week course will cover the following areas; \n\nMarket research and what works for you\nIdentifying competitors\nLooking at costs associated with your business and working out how much to charge customers\nMethods of marketing and ways you can promote your service\nHealth & Safety considerations including risk assessments and insurance\nRegistering with HMRC\nPlanning – you will look at how to action plan for each stage of your enterprise development\nHow to pitch your business to others\n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCourse Information:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuration: 8 sessions @ 3 hours per session \nAssessment & Enrolment: Friday 13th May 2022  9.30am – 11.30am\n \nCourse Dates: Friday 20th May 9.30am-12.30pm continuing weekly until 15th July 2022 (no session during half term) \nLocation: Local Women Local Enterprise Gateshead Hub\, Greenesfield Business Centre\, Mulgrave Terrace\, Gateshead \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSome useful information …\n\nThis project is funded by European Structural & Investment Funds.  Eligibility criteria applies – Please enquire within.\nPlease make sure you book your place in advance so that we are aware of how many people will be attending.\nWe will be maintaining social distancing in line with Government guidelines.\nIf you are unable to attend this course\, please get in touch and we will arrange an alternative method for you to take part in this course.\nClick here to book your place
