DESCRIPTION:Course Details:\nThe Choose Your Future Employment Programme has been designed to support women to increase their skills\, confidence and move into employment. \nThis course will help you to identify the types of job roles that might be suitable for you and how to pursue them. Through this course\, you will be supported to improve your confidence\, explore your talents\, skills and strengths\, identify potential barriers and make a plan to enable you to overcome them and move forward on your journey. \nCourse Outline \n\nAn introduction to the course and motivational activities\nReflecting on your experiences & thinking about what you’d like to do next\n Identifying personal strengths and potential barriers\n Identifying opportunities for progression\n Pursuing opportunities and exploring the process for your next steps\n Applying for opportunities e.g. college\, jobs\, volunteering\nSMART goals and preparing for your next steps\n\n\nThis course is part of The Millin Charity & Tyneside Women’s Health ‘Choosing Futures’ Programme. We will also be running the Routes to Recovery Course within this programme.
