DESCRIPTION:Session details:\nWe run women’s arts & well-being sessions every Tuesday (in term time) at our Women’s Gateshead Enterprise Hub. SUMMARY:Menopause & Well-being Information Session
DESCRIPTION:Session details:\nGateshead Cares\, a partnership between Gateshead Council\, Queen Elizabeth Hospital\, Gateshead Health Partnerships and Gateshead Primary Care Services\, are planning to deliver a tailored Menopause Wellbeing Session designed to provide women with clear\, practical information and simple lifestyle changes that can help ease symptoms throughout the transition. \nMany women now spend up to one-third of their lives in the peri-menopause and post-menopause stages\, making accessible and inclusive education more important than ever. This session will be delivered by experienced nurse educators\, who have a specialist interest in women’s health and extensive experience supporting women from diverse backgrounds.
