DESCRIPTION:Session details:\nThese sessions\, delivered in partnership with Gem Arts\, will provide creative paint workshops suitable for learners of all levels who want to develop skills in relaxed workshops. \nWe run women’s arts & well-being sessions every Tuesday (in term time) from our Women’s Gateshead Enterprise Hub. Some sessions will be facilitated by Gem Arts Artist Sofia Barton and others will be led by members of the group. \n\nThis session will be delivered by local artist Sofia Barton who is passionate about using her art to explore themes of wellbeing\, heritage\, and nature. DESCRIPTION:Session details:\n\n\nIn partnership with Sustrans\, We are running a Free cycling programme for Gateshead women at The Millin Charity’s Gateshead Hub. \nSuitable for complete beginners or those who haven’t been on a bike in a while\, this course will cover: \n\nLearning to ride\, or getting your confidence back\nBasics of cycle care and maintenance\nHow to plan safe routes\nGroup social rides\n\nThis course is designed and delivered by women to provide a safe and supportive space for women to grow their cycling confidence. Don’t worry if you don’t have a bike or helmet – you can borrow one for the duration of the course.
