Intro to Bookkeeping for Business – Free Workshop for Women – Newcastle Hub

Course Details:

Our Local Women Local Enterprise project supports women to set up their own businesses.

During this workshop, the tutor will take participants through a range of basic bookkeeping tools to enable participants to keep their records organised and accurate when starting out in business. This will include:

  • Key records that you need to keep
  • How to evidence your income and expenditure
  • Accounting terminology
  • Tips to help you keep organised
  • HMRC Requirements

 

Some useful information …

    • This course is available to women who live in Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside & Northumberland
    • This workshop is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Gateshead Council as the lead.
    • The Millin Charity Hubs are a women only space
    • Please make sure you book your place in advance so that we are aware of how many people will be attending.
    • If you are unable to attend this course, please get in touch and we will arrange an alternative method for you to take part in this course.
