Course Details:

Local Women Local Enterprise supports women to set up their own businesses. This short will support women to start thinking about enterprise & self-employment and how it will work for them.

This session will be facilitated by Retail Expert, Karen Williamson, who  has 40 years of retail knowledge having worked in many large high street brands, placing customers at the heart of each business. This workshop will cover:

• Pricing your products and methods for working out prices and your range including ‘Good Better Best’
• Pricing margins and management
• Identifying your best sellers and how to clear poor sellers
• How to operate profitably and analyse data to make decisions generating better cashflow

This workshop will support participants to be more confident with pricing their own products and services.
