‘Steps Together’ is a project which provides a range of support services to help women to gain skills & confidence to move forward into employment, self-employment and further training. Our advisors can help you to identify the actions you need to take to achieve your goals and support you fully through the process.

Through this project, our advisors can support participants with:

• Creating a CV
• Searching for and applying for jobs
• Finding suitable employment
• Preparing for job interviews
• Accessing college courses & accreditations
• General advice & guidance to help you to move forward

We will also be running a range of courses & workshops including

• First Aid Training
• Food Hygiene Courses
• Customer Service Workshops
• CV Building Workshops
• Confidence Building Workshops
• Crafts & Wellbeing workshops

We are hosting an Open Day at The Beacon on Wednesday 21st September 12.00-2.00pm. This is an opportunity for local women to find out more about our project and upcoming courses, meet our advisors and sign up to get involved.

• This project is funded by European Structural & Investment Funds. Eligibility criteria applies – Please enquire within.
• Please make sure you book your place in advance so that we are aware of how many people will be attending.
