MOTIVATION & FOCUS WORKSHOP

Staying motivated isn’t always easy, especially during times when you might feel like your plans have been on hold or interrupted. Why not join our Motivation & Focus session and set some goals to help you keep productive and positive? Prior to the session, all participants will be sent a workbook to spend some time working on before the session starts.
This session will take place on Tuesday 29th September at 12.30pm and discuss the key points in the workbooks, looking at how we can overcome barriers and what we might want to focus on now.
The session will be delivered through Zoom as part of our Steps Together Project.
In order to join, you will have to download the free Zoom App to your smart phone, tablet or computer and set up a free account. Alternatively you can access this via internet browser. https://zoom.us/ . We will email you with the login details prior to the meeting.
